After Ysera dies, Elune seems to create a dragon-shaped constellation in the night sky.^[1]

Draenor[]

One of Medivh's many areas of expertise was astronomy. He owned books with star maps of constellations of Draenor, the homeworld of the orcs. One of these books described three Draenic constellations: the Staff, the Tome, and the Seer. The book noted that once every five hundred and forty-seven years, a celestial event involved these three constellations and more, with a comet streaking through the Staff and one of Draenor's moons being full right in the middle of the Seer.^[3] The novel didn't specify who wrote these books, though they seemed to be written as a first-hand account.

Coincidentally, this celestial event matched up to three artifacts from Azeroth: the Jeweled Scepter of Sargeras (the Staff), the Eye of Dalaran (the Seer), and the Book of Medivh (the Tome).^[3] When Ner'zhul combined the three corresponding artifacts with the magical energies released during the event, he was able to open up dimensional gateways to other worlds.^[4]

There was also another constellation that didn't appear in the books Khadgar had taken from Karazhan, and that he had personally dubbed "Turalyon's Hammer" in honor of his friend.^[3]

The Shadowmoon orcs have a long history of spirituality and astrology. Seer Kazal <Shadowmoon Exile>, who gave related quests during Bonus Events prior to Legion, describes various stars with special meanings and effects.
