Greengill Slaves are murlocs on the Greengill Coast of the Isle of Quel'Danas. Physically they are very small. They have been mind-controlled by the Darkspine Sirens and Darkspine Myrmidon in the area and are now neutral to players.

When you use the 
[Orb of Murloc Control], the Freed Greengill Slaves affected by it will attack the nearest naga. In this way you can get some help if you also are fighting the naga. If you use an Area of Effect spell though, the murlocs will turn against you.
