Ylva, a mate of Guarm, is a rare elite helhound located in Helgarde Keep of the Maw.

Killing Ylva awards 100 points of standing with Ve'nari, roughly 75 Inv stygia [Stygia], and 500 points of threat (50% of a level) of Eye of the Jailer. Ylva also drops the Inv gauntlets 26 [Feeder's Hand and Key], grants progress toward [60WQ] Containing the Helsworn and is required for Inv offhand 1h mawraid d 01 [Conquering Korthia].

Earn the achievement Achievement boss guarm [Guarmageddon] by killing her offspring: Frekki, Girs, Hrodvetni, Vargir, and Vanargun, all located relatively nearby in the keep, before defeating her. Each offspring killed will debuff the player with a stack of:

Blood of the Pack — Angered the Mate of Guarm, increasing damage taken from her attacks by 10%. 10 minute debuff

Bring a group. And a healer. She already hits hard and the debuff makes her hit even harder.
