The Darkspine are a group of naga found around the Greengill Coast on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
They have enslaved the local Greengill tribe of murlocs[1] and are using them as slaves to scavenge for ore and supplies which they deliver the Burning Legion forces.[2][3]
There is a shrine of Azshara south of the shoreline, the shrine is on a ley line which is needed observation.[4]

- Warlord Salaris may be a member and / or leader of the Darkspine.
- It is known that they work for the Legion, but it is not stated whether they came with Kael'thas from Outland or if they were on the Isle before Kael arrived.
