Empoor is a wandering Broken merchant and a quest giver located on the road between Shattrath City and Tuurem in Terokkar Forest. He is accompanied by his bodyguard. He occasionally delivers goods on commission. He delivered the parts supplied by Wind Trader Lathrai to blood elves in Tuurem that were used to build the mana bomb that destroyed the Cenarion Thicket.
