Gordok Festive Keg can be found in Dun Morogh and Durotar during the Brewfest holiday.
Using your 
[Yellow Brewfest Stein] or 
[Blue Brewfest Stein] will fill them up, when you spend at least 10 seconds drinking it, you will gain a +20 Stamina and spirit 
[Well Fed] buff.

Every 30 minutes when the Dark Iron dwarves attack, these objects turn into NPCs that must be protected or they'll be destroyed. You'll notice that the NPC versions will have a purple arrow above them.
