The Heart of Zin-Azshari is a quest item for 
[45D] Eye of Azshara: The Heart of Zin-Azshari.
Prior to the Great Sundering, Queen Azshara's chosen in Zin-Azshari used the Heart to greatly magnify their power - it is said to have been key in their dominance of the Well of Eternity. The naga in the Eye of Azshara were using it to summon terrible storms that ravaged the coastline of Azsuna - storms far beyond the abilities of even their best sirens. It requires a great deal of work to properly hone the destructive energies within its depths. [1]
