Lord Baurles K. Wishock is a human located in Stormwind Keep in the city of Stormwind. He is a member of the influential House of Nobles and can be found in the Petitioner's Chamber, the first room on the left through the keep's main entrance.
Background[]
Lord Baurles K. Wishock is a minor functionary in the royal court of Stormwind. He is a frequent patron of the Slaughtered Lamb tavern in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind City — and it is alleged that he does not keep his tab current.
Lord Baurles has discovered that warlock trainers and others have set up shop in the basement below the Slaughtered Lamb, and intends to petition the king to shut down the establishment — something Zardeth of the Black Claw would prefer he didn't. Zardeth thus sent an Alliance adventurer to Wishock with a deadly poison administered to a drink which the lord drank and died.

- Baurles K. Wishock is also an anagram of Charles Bukowski, which may be a reference to the famous American poet, although this may just be a coincidence.
