Moonbrook Thugs are Vanessa VanCleef's minions, found armed with broken bottles and loitering around the town of Moonbrook in Westfall. When they arrived, they began handing out propaganda pamphlets to the local homeless, inciting them to violence.[1] They also carry Red Bandanas, hinting at their affiliation with the newly reborn Defias Brotherhood.[2]
