Sylvanas' Strongbox
Sylvanas' Strongbox is found near Sylvanas Windrunner at [58.1, 93.9] in the Royal Quarter of Undercity. It contains 
[Music Roll: Lament of the Highborne] for players who have completed 
[40] Bringing the Bass.
The strongbox is by the pillar to Sylvanas's left on the raised area, which is to the right side of her when viewed from the entrance. The strongbox can be looted by both Alliance and Horde players, though Alliance players may want to take a raid.
