Vice Admiral Keller is a human found in Valgarde in the Howling Fjord. He has a wife and three kids in Elwynn Forest.[1] Captain Adams considered him an insufferable egomaniac.
He starts the introductory quest line for the Alliance in the area. Questers must complete his first few quests before the rest of the quest givers in Valgarde start offering quests.
