Zephyr, called Zeph by Cupri,^[1] is a Keepers of Time representative, in high elf guise, located in the World's End Tavern of Shattrath City. She offers a teleport to the Caverns of Time in Tanaris to players with revered Keepers of Time reputation.

She seems to enjoy the occasional beverage while at the Tavern.

According to Cupri, Zephyr has continued to investigate in Shattrath even after the events of The Burning Crusade.^[1]
