Jan Stratton Signs Off KSWO After 34 Years

Jan Stratton said goodbye to KSWO after 34 years at the Lawton-Wichita Falls ABC affiliate.
The station aired a shortened 5:00 p.m. news Friday in order to say goodbye to the longtime anchor. Current and former anchors, reporters, producers and photojournalists wished Stratton well and told stories about her tenure with the station in taped clips.
Stratton joined KSWO in 1980 as public affairs director and started reporting for the station in 1981. That same year she was named news director, a role she kept until July 2006.
