Access to chat for the hearing impaired

As Data Controller, Aena S.M.E., S.A. will process your contact details (telephone number and IP address) to verify your identity when using our chat and to provide you with a better service, based on our legitimate interests. Likewise, we will store the content of the conversation on the basis of our legitimate interests in ensuring airport security and the interests of Aena against any unlawful activities. Personal data will be kept for a period of one month, and may be transferred, where appropriate, to state security and law enforcement bodies. No international data transfers are expected. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by email to ocpd@aena.es, through our Procedures and Claims Portal or by writing to C/Peonías, 12, 28042 (Madrid). You can also contact our data protection officer at dpd@aena.es. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
