Graduated in Law. Born on 4th April, 1916. Educated at Queen's College, Lucknow, Government High School, Unnao, Government Inter College, Faizabad, Allahabad University and Lucknow University. Enrolled Pleader in 1939. Appointed Munsif on 1.8.1942. Appointed officiating District and Sessions Judge on 27.1.1962 and confirmed as District and Sessions Judge from 17.3.1967. Appointed Additional Judge, Allahabad High Court for two years from 6.8.1973. Appointed permanent Judge on 8.7.1974.
