Pawel Zal, born in 1969 in Poland, is a Founder and Editor-In-Chief of automotive portals automobile-catalog.com and motorbikecatalog.com. He is an Engineer with Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. Graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland in 1993 with master's thesis on advance integral calculations of stress concentration in materials. During first years of his engineering career he worked in design offices for brown coal and copper mining industries (Poltegor Project, Cuprum Design Office), specialized in static and dynamic calculations of steel constructions. Later pursued a career in Sales/Management for steel industry, working for companies belonging to Austrian steel industry Technology Group Voestalpne (Sadef NV Belgium, Voestalpine Steel Service Center Poland), reaching a position of Sales Director. In a meantime he graduated from Wielkopolska Business School in The Poznan University of Economics and Nottingham Trent University, UK, with the MBA degree. Parallel to that activities Pawel Zal was developing the idea of the comprehensive cars and motorbikes catalogues, presenting technical data, specifications and performance parameters of possibly all cars that were manufactured worldwide since 1945 and earlier. Right now Pawel Zal is dedicating his full professional time to this project. |
