Accessible Parking

Accessible Pick-Up/Drop-Off

To request an accessible pick-up/drop-off pass, guests can contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday and provide a representative with their name, as well as the make, model, and color of the vehicle they plan to be dropped off in.

Accessible Seating Guidelines

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)

ALDs are available during all major events and provide an amplified version of public address announcements; however, do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast. Guests may visit Fans First 131 to check out an ALD, free of charge.

Closed Captioning

On Chiefs gamedays closed-captioned LED boards are found in both end zones beneath the Arrowvision boards.

Elevators

Elevators are available to guests in need of assistance getting to and from various levels. Please reach out to the Fan Experience Department (see above) for assistance in planning the best route.

Food Sensitivities

Medical Exceptions

The Kansas City Chiefs understand that some guests may require medically necessary items that would otherwise be prohibited. To accommodate these items and to ensure a smooth security screening process, we ask that guests with medical needs bring their items in a clear plastic bag and present their bag to staff upon entry for screening.

Mobility Carts

Nursing Lounge

Breastfeeding mothers that prefer a private location to nurse their child are welcome to use the Nursing Lounge located just inside Gate G. It features five gliders with an accompanying table and footrest as well as electrical outlets. A changing table, lockers and hand washing sink are also available to use. The Nursing Lounge also features a television dialed into the game so that moms don't miss a moment of the action.

Security and Screening

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium is equipped with metal detectors that are safe for individuals with medical devices to utilize. To receive the best guest experience, we advise all guests enter the magnetometers when arriving at the security checkpoint. Alternatively, should a guest not feel comfortable or are unable to walk through the magnetometers, simply alert the security staff member who will then conduct a full-body pat search.

Sensory Kits

Sensory kits are available during all major stadium events to help guests self-regulate to reduce the impact of sensory stimuli. Guests may visit Fans First 131, Fans First 341, Fans First 318 or the GEHA Concierge desk to check out a kit, free of charge.

Sensory Rooms Presented by Window World

Two sensory rooms are located just inside Gate G on the Plaza Level. These rooms create a safe and calming environment for guests with sensory needs, allowing them to regulate and decompress. Each room is equipped with the proper items and tools best suited to help guests feel calm when overwhelmed.

Service Animals

Service animals who are trained to perform a task for an individual with a disability may accompany guests into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Guests are responsible for all needs and actions of the service animal, including clean up. While it is not required, we encourage guests to contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday to best accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal. The recommended entry point for guests with service animals is GEHA Gate. All other animals are prohibited

Sign Language Interpreters

Signed performances can be provided for guests who are hard of hearing at select Arrowhead Events with proper advance notice of at least four weeks prior to the event date. Please contact the Chiefs Fan Experience Department at 816-920-4237 for further information.
