Unmatched customer service
I can’t express how stellar the service is at Jasper Park Lodge. Every staff interaction was exceptional. We were at JPL for a weekend getaway and I know this trip is going to be one of those memories my kids will cherish as they grow up, because the staff made it magical and memorable. From the concierge who sent my son on a mission at the pool to the server who introduced him to squirrely temples and the shuttle driver who toured us around on our adventures, every person we interacted with made the trip better. Yes, the grounds are beautiful, yes, the wildlife is interesting. But the people are what make JPL exceptional, and they’re the reason my kids are already asking when we can go back. The good news is the adults loved it too, so the answer is soon!
Great Family Ski Getaway
Loved the personal card in our room telling us how many stays we’ve had and signed by employees! I’ll be keeping this card. Also loved the live music in the Great Hall. The performer was amazing! Also great friendly staff at the pool, especially Hellaman (not sure if spelling is right). But he was great!

The lady working dinner service Wednesday night absolutely made our stay. She was hilarious and almost borderline inappropriate but she knew we were younger and made it a blast. Would have been cool to stay in the main lodge with a drink past 940pm though. It was like a nursing home there but I understand it was middle of a week.

I’m a well travelled, demanding client. That’s why Fairmont ( Accor) is my ONLY choice of hotels. The staff are outstanding and happy in their work. They are not subservient but rather accommodating. The linens, towels, all the best.
Came for the pool and hot tub experience-and were not disappointed. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Only issue was with the room. The seal / weather stripping was so poor that we had to put towels at the base of the door and pull the curtain across the side of the door to try and keep the draft under control. Prior to doing this the room was uncomfortably drafts and cool. Understand it was over minus 30 with the windchill, but the fact that the draft was reduced by a significant amount when we placed the towels at the foot of the food points to a solvable problem with the door.
Great staff and very clean rooms
I had the best hotel stay of my life here. Everything was clean and beautiful. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond for us.
Grest stay at the JOL
We were so pleased with the renovated room we stayed at. The bathroom was fabulous and the room very nicely upgraded. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our wishes. Great stay, great service, great food and ad a result a great place to spend our wedding anniversary!
