Excellent Service
I worked with a team of people in booking a block of rooms for a group of national and international executives. It can get pretty confusing with all the changes and individual needs, i.e. lengthen the stay, shorten the stay, early and late check-ins, you name it. The team worked with me to ensure that every guest was accommodated to the best of their ability and were flexible with all of our needs. When one person was out or unavailable, another stepped in. They were communicative and timely in responses and my team walked away asking to stay at the Fairmont on their next visits (which I've already had one exec return with an additional guest). I don't typically handle travel, and the team was patient with me, walking me through the process and answering my clearly ignorant questions. They were great! As far as the stay the feedback on the rooms has been great! Overall, in the Century City/Beverly Hills area, The Fairmont Century Plaza provides the best customer experience!
nice property and staff.
I stayed one night on business and the staff made it very easy to check in and out, and the room was clean with very nice amenities. ( Le Labo soap, etc.) It was quiet and easy to work.

As previously written on trip advisor, we had an unexpected 3 week stay due to our home and community being destroyed in the Palisades Fire. The Fairmont Century Plaza became our new home. Everyone was beyond kind and caring during this difficult time.
The only real problem was that there was no hot water in a portion of the bldg during my stay but I was unable to shower.
It is pleasant and well-equipped hotel. It was nice except for the issue with the hot water. When I called down, they could not give me an estimate when it would be fixed and said they would give me a call when there was hot water again. I never got a call. I did get a nice follow-up apology email after I checked out. But hot water and a shower is an essential part of a hotel stay, so I have to say I was dissatisfied.

We had a fantastic stay !! The room is very comfortable, the food and drinks are tasty, and the service is top notch. We loved the location as well-quiet, safe and plenty to do within walking distance.
We stayed for two nights prior to our cruise. Loved the room and the bedding. Also very much enjoyed the bar staff and the daily happy hour. Thank you!
Above and beyond
My mother was an evacuee from the Palisades fire. She is 95 so I flew down to be with her. We then both got Covid, as did my husband when he flew down. The staff was very considerate of our situation - we ordered food and the carts were left outside (after I signed for them ). We were very well stocked with water - which was essential for our well being. The valets, concierge, front desk - all were very solicitous. While we didn't want to be there, we had no control over our situation and we were as comfortable as possible.
