Bank Direct Debit Service Suspension Notice

Due to bank system maintenance, HKeToll’s bank direct debit service will not be available from 03:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m. on 30 Mar 2025 (Sunday). HKeToll will process the auto payment transactions generated during this suspension period after the bank system maintenance is completed. Relocation Notice of HKeToll Service Outlet in New Territories East

Please be informed that the HKeToll Service Outlet in New Territories East will relocate from the Shell Tseung Kwan O (Address: Inside convenience store, Shell Tseung Kwan O (Petrol Station), 100 Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O) to the Shell Ma On Shan (Address: Inside convenience store, Shell Ma On Shan (Petrol Station), 21 On Shan Lane, Ma On Shan) on 11 March, 2025 (Tuesday). The HKeToll Service Outlet at Shell Tseung Kwan O will remain in operation until 10 March, 2025.

Relocation Notice of HKeToll Service Outlet at Shell Boundary Street

Please be informed that the HKeToll Service Outlet at Shell Boundary Street (Address: Inside convenience store, Shell Boundary Street (Petrol Station), 126-128 Boundary Street, Prince Edward) will relocate to the Shell Tong Mei Road (Address: Inside convenience store, Shell Tong Mei Road (Petrol Station), 2 Mong Kok Road, Mong Kok) on 6 February, 2025 (Thursday). The HKeToll Service Outlet at Shell Boundary Street will remain in operation until 5 February, 2025.

From 7 October 2024, the second stage of streamlining the mobile phone text message arrangements will be extended to users of Commercial Vehicle Company Account and Commercial Vehicle Driver Account. The HKeToll system will no longer send "tunnel passage notification" and "successful automatic payment notification" mobile phone text messages to these users. Users who choose to receive messages by email or mobile app will not be affected by the new arrangements. Users can log onto the HKeToll website or mobile app to set up the notification channel according to their personal preferences in the "notification setting".

If you have already applied for "Vehicle Tag" but not yet received it, please go to the "HKeToll" webpage and click the shortcut key of "Vehicle Tag Enquiry", simple provide the correct information and address and we will follow up for you. If you need to resend the "Vehicle Tag", no additional charge will be applied.
