More than an Education; An Experience

​The ministry is up close and personal, and we at Free Gospel Bible Institute believe that nothing can replace the personal dynamic of an in-person experience. We offer a three-year program in ministerial studies with a focus on faith, personal discipline, and spiritual growth. We strive to provide an environment where anyone can come to draw closer to the Lord and walk away with a better understanding of Holiness Pentecostal doctrine.

A word from our president

Free Gospel Bible Institute was born in a mighty outpouring of the Spirit during the 1957 Free Gospel
Camp Meeting. Out of this glorious manifestation of Pentecostal power, God birthed a place where
students would separate from the world and consecrate themselves fully to the service of the Lord.
FGBI operates from a “Spirit First” perspective. God has designed the church to be “…an habitation of
God through the Spirit.” (Eph. 2:22) The Holy Spirit always works in line with The Word of God
transforming believers to reflect the image of Jesus Christ. ​Whatever the Word of God requires, the
Holy Spirit enables in the life of the believer. It is our burden to provide the Biblical understanding
necessary as well as the spiritual climate for our students to experience true Biblical transformation.
Salvation, The Pentecostal Experience, Sanctification and True Ministry are all out workings of the Holy
Ghost!

Before daily classes even begin, faculty and students are called to a place of prayer. The Holy Spirit is
given priority in each and every class. Over a period of three years, qualified teachers pour out a lifetime of knowledge and anointing to our student body.
