The Company produces and distributes tire products used in passenger cars, trucks, buses and and industrial cars under the brand names of HANKOOK, VENTUS, OPTIMO and BLACK BIRD. In addition, the Company provides tire tubes, batteries and other products used for passenger cars, trucks and buses under the brand names of HANKOOK and KINGSTAR. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 12 domestic and 21 overseas affiliated companies.
