Update: Deadline has updated their story to say that David Goyer’s deal with the studio is part of a "huge 3-picture deal he signed at Warner Bros for Man Of Steel, the sequel, and Justice League with Superman." How far along he is on Justice League is unclear at this point. Original story follows...Director Zack Snyder and screenwriter David Goyer are reportedly set to reprise their respective duties for the sequel to Man of Steel, which is said to now be on the fast-track at Warner Bros. even as its predecessor is still days away from release.

"What is a question mark next time is the role Christopher Nolan will fill. For this 3rd Superman franchise, Nolan stepped in as producer and mentor and story co-writer. I’m told that next time Nolan’s producer role won’t be as 'full blown,'" according to Deadline.

Although Deadline acknowledges that a Justice League of America movie is in development, it would seem we'll get a Man of Steel 2 before we'll see either a Batman vs. Superman or JLA film.
