Deepak Verma is a British Actor. He trained at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is best known for his work on BBC's Eastenders. He is a prolific playwright and runs Pukkanasha Films. Developing a slate of international film and television projects.

In 2010 he conceived Faithshorts a Global Film competition.

in 2016 Verma was awarded the M.B.E. by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, for his services to the Arts.
