Red Eye is a 2005 American psychological thriller film directed by Wes Craven. The film stars Rachel McAdams as a woman coerced to take part in a plot to assassinate the United States Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security during a red eye flight from Dallas to Miami.

Lisa's father, Joe Reisert (Brian Cox) later picks it up and uses it to shoot Jack Rippener (Cillian Murphy).
