The Showdown Effect (2013)

The Showdown Effect is a 2.5D multiplayer-only action game inspired by popular action film franchises such as Rambo, Terminator, and James Bond . It is available for Windows and Mac.

Rifles

AR-15A2 Sporter II

This AR-15 variant (which most closely resembles an AR-15A2 Sporter II rifle) is known as the "AR-16" and features a C-Drum magazine. While the detail is not superb, the A1E1 upper (forward assist, casing deflector and simple rear sight) can be seen when using the gun during a match. It is classified as a machine gun.

Barrett M82A1M

The Barrett M82A1M appears as the "Barrét .50 Rifle" and it does not feature a scope, but at least the iron sights are folded up.

Mosin Nagant Carbine

The default weapon in the Rifle category is a Mosin Nagant Carbine.

Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine - 7.62x54mm R. This was modified to become the M44 which replaced it, entering combat trials in 1943, becoming fairly common in 1944.

The M60E3 features a shorter barrel and is known as the "Mk-60".

The Handheld Minigun appears as the "2X-Terminator".

Airsoft handheld M134 Minigun with 'Chainsaw grip' to handle the recoil force. This variant was seen in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This is an airsoft version which retains the half-circle attachment point for the M60 foregrip from Predator; the real T2 Minigun did not have this - (fake) 7.62×51mm NATO
