Victor Rivers
Victor Rivers (born 1 October 1955; age 69) is the actor who played Altovar in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Distant Voices". He was born in Cuba, and played American football for the Miami Dolphins in the late 1970s. Rivers is now a leading activist against domestic violence against women and children.
