Dart Industries
COMPANY Founded by Justin Dart. Formerly United Drug, which became Rexall, and ultimately a conglomerate, Dart Industries. Manufacturer of Tupperware, Duracell, etc. It merged with Kraft Foods in 1980, forming Dart & Kraft. The companies were "demerged" in 1986, spinning off Premark International in the process, with Kraft retaining Duracell, which it spun off in 1988.
