Remake of Day of the Woman (1978). Jennifer Hills, a city-dwelling author, takes a vacation at a cabin deep in the woods to begin work on her next literary effort. All is not destined to proceed as imagined, however, as Jennifer soon falls victim to a group of depraved locals who rape and torture her, leaving her for dead as she is washed away by a nearby river.
