ABSTRACT
Salinger is Armageddon (1998) co-writer Shane Salerno's attempt at providing viewers with a first-of-its-kind in-depth look into the life and times of J. D. Salinger, the mysterious American author of The Catcher in the Rye fame whose notoriously reclusive behavior made him an enigma in the eyes of the general public up until his death from natural causes in 2010.
