The Falcon investigates the loss of two masterpieces by the Italian Renaissance artist Mantegna, entering a partnership with a shady Los Angeles art dealer as he flies to Milan tracking down a promising lead. Second of three "Falcon" movies starring magician John Calvert, who replaced actor Tom Conway. Though Appointment has an interesting and complex story, Calvert's performance is lackluster and in two separate instances, cadavers are simply abandoned.
