Paulo Kesselring Carotini, also known as Polé, was a Brazilian water polo player.

Carotini began playing water polo when he was 15. Within two years, he was part of the team that won the South American Championship. Along with his brother, Ivo Carotini, he represented Brazil at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Carotini was also a member of the gold medal winning team at the 1963 Pan American Games as well as of the silver medal winning team at the 1967 Pan American Games.

From 1977 to 1980, Carotini was the coach of the Brazilian National Team. He later went on to found the Polé Swimming and Water Polo Academies, became a director of the Paulista Aquatic Federation, and was part of the FINA Technical Committee.
