Andrew Dowler NOW Toronto Even by the standards of the Godzilla universe, this makes no sense at all. Untroubled by such questions, Godzilla, Rodan and Mechagodzilla work at levelling Osaka and each other. It's not the best action in the series, but far from the worst. Rated: 3/5 May 21, 2019 Full Review Witney Seibold Nerdist Have I mentioned that Mechagodzilla is the best thing ever? Because he is. May 21, 2019 Full Review Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy With so little connective tissue of note, the monster scenes feel airless and aimless, existing solely as generic spectacle without context or weight. Rated: 5/10 Mar 31, 2014 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 3/5 Jun 14, 2005 Full Review Brian Thomas Now Playing Magazine The script seamlessly combines the story of human beings with the more operatic story of the godlike beasts. Audience Member Perfect Godzilla movie and action Idk why stupid buzzkill normies don’t like it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/20/24 Full Review Justin T Mechagodzilla looks absolutely incredible in this film, easily the best it’s looked so far. There are lots of shots that give you context to the gigantic size and the amount of work to build it. The film also has plenty of monster action which makes it great, there is enough city smashing too! Although I did notice that they never really show the city smashing from the perspective of the people living in the cities as they are getting destroyed except for some scenes of them running away with a kaiju on the horizon. The human story in this film has some craziness although not as much as the more memorable stories in the franchise so far, that’s fine though as the monster action is the winner here. There are some great shots showing the sense of scale even if the scale is sometimes inconsistent. Worth watching but not my favourite so far. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/05/24 Full Review josh d One of the better Heisei era Godzilla movies. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/09/24 Full Review Rich A MechaGodzilla seems to always help shine Godzilla and Vise versa! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/23/24 Full Review Chanr3y k This movie really shows the power of Godzilla, while also humanising him, and this movie has some great action scenes with great music, the characters are also great, better than its predecessor Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/15/24 Full Review Irelia I it is great!!!!! For the first 20 minites. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/05/24 Full Review Read all reviews
