Wyatt C a fun one to watch but not my fav 5/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/08/24 Full Review Clover G Arrow Season 7 Review (7.5/10): Arrow Season 7 offers a divergent viewing experience, characterized by a stark contrast between its first and second halves. With a rating of 7.5/10, the season's exceptional first half is juxtaposed with a disappointing second half, resulting in a mixed reception among viewers. The first half of Season 7 stands out as an incredible display of storytelling, featuring compelling narratives, impactful character development, and intense action sequences. The season's early episodes captivate viewers with their thematic depth and emotional resonance, setting a high standard for the narrative ahead. The exceptional quality of storytelling in the first half is underscored by the nuanced exploration of character arcs, as key characters navigate personal challenges and confront adversities with compelling depth and authenticity. This commitment to character development adds emotional weight to the narrative, fostering a profound connection between the audience and the characters' evolving journeys. Furthermore, the action sequences in the first half are expertly choreographed and visually stunning, delivering adrenaline-pumping moments that seamlessly integrate with the overarching storytelling. These sequences further enhance the season's impact, showcasing the series' dedication to delivering top-tier superhero action. However, the season undergoes a significant decline in its second half, with narrative missteps and pacing issues that detract from the overall viewing experience. The storytelling struggles to maintain the momentum and thematic depth established in the first half, resulting in a noticeable drop in quality that impacts the season's overall impact. In summary, Arrow Season 7 presents a divergent viewing experience with a rating of 7.5/10, as the exceptional first half is contrasted by a disappointing second half. While the season's early episodes captivate viewers with their compelling narratives and impactful character development, the decline in quality during the second half detracts from the overall impact, resulting in a mixed reception among viewers. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review Wyatt G A tale of two halves. The first 8 or so episodes when Oliver is in prison are some of the most cool scenes and good plot that the story has done. After his release, I couldn't even tell you what happened or why it happened. I genuinely have no connection to the story besides the reveal of Oliver's half-sister. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/10/23 Full Review Freedom T First half was great second half was very boring Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/23 Full Review Audience Member First half was great second half was very boring Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Coming to season 7 i had NO expectations. Season 6 was average at best and i was also worried to see the prison storyline being rushed. I was wrong. The prison storyline was well done and long enough. The prison storyline was at its best, it was one of the best story the show had during its 8 seasons run. The flashfoward started strong and interresting but the more they took space, the less interresting they became. Mia-william getting back together was interresting, at best. Mia was a boring female Oliver, one dimensionnal and atrocious to watch. shes too cute to be a bad ass and i don't buy her when she act tough. she belong in a hair salon. she should do her nails or something. Dinah, sarah lance and black siren are all bad ass and they are well acted and they feel like their characters, they don't try to emulate or copy other characters. William was fine. Emiko Queen, BAD vilain, sadly. shes not well written and shes not well acted. Shes just a bit better then cayden james or ras al ghul, the worst vilains the series had, wich is sad. Her working with team arrow only to backstab oliver wasent interresting. The ninth circle was boring. the longbow hunters were wasted since they just vanished once diaz was sent in jail. I think the first idea was for the new GA to be a true hero, but then they ran out of ideas and they decided to create weird plot twists to turn Emiko into the vilain. fight scenes were great. Roy Harper coming back was AMAZING and it felt like we were back to the good days of the show. Oliver becoming a consultant helping SCPD was interresting. the new maire was boring. Felicity going bad to stop diaz was interresting. Oliver dealing with PTSD from prison was also GREAT. Episode number 170 or 175 of the show was great. (it was 7x12 i believe). Tommy coming back was interresting. Wild dog wanting to help new GA was good. Diggle-argus storyline was well done. 7,5 out of 10 seems fair for the flawed but good season we got with season 7. overall idea of ending the circle of violence was also interresting as a theme.
