Golfer Terry Forcum, a past winner of the National Long Drive Championship, will appear at the Spalding Mitsubishi Challenge Sunday at 1 p.m. at the PGA Tour Family Golf Center in Palm Harbor. Forcum, who has finished in the long drive contest's top 10 in eight of the past 10 years, will put on a series of exhibitions and clinics, and will discuss new developments in golf ball technology.

Forcum, who has driven a golf ball 550 yards, will attempt long drives from his knees, try to drive a ball through a piece of plywood, hit a ball out of someone's mouth and perform other stunt shots.

The Spalding Mitsubishi Challenge is open to the public. There is no admission charge.
