Lee has been named the new manager at the Bescot Stadium just two days after Ray Graydon was sacked.
Coach Chris Nicholl left the club yesterday, and Lee, who had a short spell at Torquay at the end of last season, will take charge for the Saddlers' FA Cup fourth round tie at Charlton.
