Land borders with Spain reopen tomorrow
The land borders with Spain will reopen tomorrow (Saturday), when mainland Portugal enters a Situation of Calamity after 12 successive periods of State of Emergency in force since 9 November.

The borders between Portugal and Spain have been closed since January due to the covid-19 pandemic, with only 18 authorised crossing points for international transport of goods, cross-border and seasonally documented workers, emergency vehicles, relief and emergency service.
