Multinational Aircrews Showcase Interoperability During OCD 24 Interfly
A multinational formation of C-130J Super Hercules and C-130H Hercules aircraft from the U.S. Air Force, Japan Air Self Defense Force, Republic of Korea Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force, and Royal Australian Air Force taxi into position during an "elephant walk" on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 14, 2024, in support of Operation Christmas Drop 2024. While airdropping supplies to remote islands in the Pacific, OCD also aims to build and enhance the necessary coordination, integration, and execution skills necessary to support future humanitarian assistance efforts in the region.

SASEBO, Japan (Jan. 10, 2025) Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Sailors from the JS Haguro (DDG 180), wave to their ship from the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) flight deck, Jan. 10. America, lead ship of the America Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. U.S. 7th Fleet is the U.S. Navy’s largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.

4th Marines | Company JEX Endurance Course
U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Keegan Farnsworth maneuvers through the pit and pond obstacle of an endurance course during a company jungle exercise at the Jungle Warfare Training Center, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 18, 2024. The week-long course teaches Marines survival skills and increases proficiency in fighting in a jungle environment. Farnsworth, a native of Idaho, is a Hospital Corpsman and is forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific as part of 4th Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division under the Unit Deployment Program.
