Confirmed: Sanaa Hamri to Direct The Wheel of Time Episodes - Wheel of Time TV Series News

Wotseries.com has previously reported on Sanaa Hamri directing The Wheel of Time Season 2 episodes. A new story by Deadline confirms that Hamri will in fact direct half of season 2. She will also act as executive producer for the second season, which Amazon renewed earlier in the year.

Sanaa’s recent projects includes her work as director and executive producer on television series Empire. Per numerous social media posts from her Instagram account, the director has been in Prague for the past few weeks.

The only other known director to be working on season 2 is Thomas Napper, whose involvement with the series came via tweet from the official Twitter account for the show.
